Booking requests
Our website accepts booking requests for laundry and dry cleaning services. Submitting a form sends your selected service, name, mobile number, pickup location to our team. Your pickup location is either the coordinates you choose to share or a Google Maps link you provide. No account or online payment is required.
Starting prices
Prices displayed as “Starting from” are indicative rates for the stated service and unit. They are not a payment request or a confirmed order total. Our team discusses actual garments, quantities, treatment and collection details with you before agreeing to a service.
Use of information
We use booking details to contact you, answer questions, assess service requirements and arrange pickup. Booking records are stored in Firebase. Service images are stored in Supabase, and the website is hosted on Vercel. WhatsApp and Google Maps links open those providers when selected.
Garment care
Tell us about fabric care labels, stains, existing damage or special requirements. Treatment suitability and results depend on the material and condition of the item. The team will discuss care before processing.

To request access, correction or deletion of your booking information, contact HP Laundry on +91 9989368883 or +91 9985585457. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legitimate business or legal purposes.
